In 2025, Ocean Sole continued to transform ocean waste into opportunity — proving that creative, community-led solutions can drive real change.

Thanks to our supporters, we:

• Upcycled 222,806 discarded flip-flops into hand-carved art

• Removed 5+ tonnes of marine waste from Kenya’s coastline

• Protected 300+ turtle hatchlings — with zero turtles poached

• Empowered women through the Ocean Sole Mamaz, who grew food, built businesses, and trained others in sustainable practices

• Brought conservation to life for thousands of students through workshops, art, and hands-on ocean education
